The Estes Park Center is a year-round conference center with hotel-style rooms and full private baths.
All-you-can-eat buffet meals are included in the cost of your lodging.
You can keep your cost down and make a new friend by sharing a room with one or more other writers.

2012 Prices

Price includes meals from dinner the day of arrival through lunch the day of departure
and there is no YMCA $15 daily fee for those staying on campus.
Daily SAVINGS of $44.

Prices vary depending on the lodge you choose and the number in your room. The YMCA does roommate matching to help lower your cost. It's a great way to make a new friend. Non-participating spouses are welcome to come and to share your room. Unlike a typical hotel where an additional person can share your room for no charge, the Y charges each person on the basis of how many are in the room since your lodging also includes meals.

Children are also welcome to share your room.
Ages 6 through 12 - $19 a night (meals included); Ages 0-5 free (meals included).

Mt. Ypsilon (one double bed, one set of bunk beds, full bath, phone)

Single - $102 a night 2 to a room - $67.50 a night 3 to a room - $56 a night

Longs Peak (two queen-size beds and one single floor futon, full bath, phone)

Single - $122 a night 2 to a room - $77.50 a night 3 to a room - $62.67 a night 4 to a room - $55.25 a night

+ 5.7% sales tax subject to change

A deposit of 35% is required with each reservation. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made after April 16, 2012.
If cancellation is made before April 16, 2012, 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
The balance of payment is due upon check-in at Estes Park Center.
Reservations after March 16 are on a space available basis.

Cabins - The YMCA also has family cabins available for rent. If this is an option you'd like to consider, it is wise to make a reservation ASAP. Go to www.ymcarockies.org and then the "make reservations" area. Be sure to note that you are coming to CCWC so that the conference will receive credit toward our room count. Meals are not included with cabin reservations but can be purchased separately. There is no charge for meals for children 0-5. Children 6-12: breakfast $4, lunch $6, dinner $9. Adults: breakfast $7, lunch $9, dinner $13. There is no YMCA $15 daily commuter fee for those staying in a YMCA cabin.
