Good news! - While the cost of accepting credit cards and the need for office help has necessitated a price increase, alumni (from ANY year) still receive a 10% discount. We want YOU to come back!
 
The price of the conference varies depending on how many days you attend and when you register.

Spouses are welcome to attend all the general sessions free of charge. If they want to attend workshops and continuing sessions, they need to pay the registration fee. They could attend one or two workshops at $25 each.

Discounts (off above registration fee - only one discount may be taken)

     Teens - age 18 and under - 60% off

     Full-time students over 18 years of age - 10%

     Pastors - 10% off

     Seniors (65 and over) - 10% off

     Alumni (any year) - 10% off

Commuters (no charge for those lodging at YMCA)

     YMCA Service Fee - $6 daily for non-members

      Meals: $6 Breakfast, $8 lunch, $11 dinner

Hands-On Workshops - Wednesday, 1:30 - 3:00      

$25 conferees, $55 non-conferees

 

First-timer's Orientation - Wednesday, 3:30 - 4:15

no charge

            

Hands-On Workshops - Wednesday, 4:30 - 6:00

$25 conferees, $55 non-conferees

Save $10 - Sign up for BOTH Hands-On Workshops for $40

 

Clinics - $65 payable on acceptance. Click on Clinics for application.

  

Teens Write - $35 (plus $6 commuter's fee if teen is not a Y member).
Come for the entire day Saturday for $55!

 

Private 30-minute critique - $35 each
 

Contest entry - $10

    

Cancellations: Full refund less $35 through May 1. After May 1 refunds (less $35) will be made in books and tapes. In the event of an emergency, the entire amount you paid is refundable.

 

Housing - You need to reserve your room directly with the YMCA using the lodging reservation form in the conference brochure or click here for a form you can complete and fax to the Y. (The form in the conference brochure does not fax clearly.)  For prices and other information, click here. (Please note that links are not yet active.)

 

Need Scholarship Help? - If you need financial help to attend, we suggest you first approach your church or a Christian friend so that you will also have someone to provide encouragement and accountability after the conference. If there is no one you can ask, visit again for scholarship info and an application. A limited amount of scholarship help is available for up to half the cost of registration (including some pre- and during-conference working scholarships). We can also, when necessary, work out a time payment plan. No scholarship help is available for paid critiques, meals, and lodging. The Lord will provide a way if this is the year He wants you to come. Trust Him!
